This policy covers shipping for orders of the Living Will Advance Healthcare Directive guide and the Estate Administration Family Guide purchased from New World Products USA / New World Publishing at livingwillandestateguide.com, including single-copy orders and bulk orders placed by churches, funeral homes, businesses, associations, government agencies, and other institutional buyers.
Single-Copy Orders
Single-copy orders ship out within 1-3 business days of purchase. Shipping is $4.50 per book to any U.S. address, and the exact amount is shown in your cart before you pay. Free shipping does not apply to single-copy orders.
Bulk Orders
Bulk orders (Starter, Value, Professional, and Organization Packs) qualify for free shipping within the United States. Bulk orders ship out within 5-8 business days of purchase.
Where We Ship and Delivery Times
We currently ship only to addresses in the United States. Most single-copy orders arrive within 2–7 business days after the order is placed. Bulk orders ship within 5–8 business days of purchase, and delivery time after shipping depends on the destination. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
