1. Products
We sell printed, spiral-bound guides: the Living Will & Advance Healthcare Directive guide and the Estate Administration Family Guide, as single copies and in bulk packs. We make every effort to describe and picture our products accurately. Colors and images on screen may vary slightly from the printed product.
2. Not legal advice
Our guides are educational resources written in plain language. They are not legal advice, and buying or using them does not create an attorney-client relationship. Laws vary by state. For advice about your specific situation, please consult a licensed attorney in your state.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax and, for single-copy orders, shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Qualified government and institutional buyers may request to pay by purchase order or invoice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.
4. Discount codes
Discount codes must be entered at checkout, cannot be combined with other codes, and may be limited to one use per customer. Codes have no cash value and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
5. Shipping
Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Bulk packs ship free within the United States.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy.
